Alright befor you all beat me down for "being a bad mother" hear me out! I may not bleach the bottles every time I wash them but I do everything but. I hand washed the nipples and dish washed all the crazy inner workings and there is alot to go wrong with them both by humen error and dish washer error.

Now... Has anyone else had an issue with thrush with these bottles? Is there a better way to clean them?Or should I just throw the damn things out and get a new brand. He hasn't had a gas problem since I swiched to them but hedid getthrush from them.... If it's not one thing it's another...

Oh, his thrush is gone now but I just don't want it to come back... :-/

I personally used them for a while and HATED every stupid second, but thats just me. My daughter didnt like them either, so we just went and got the regular parents choice bottles and they worked fine. If he has gas bad or reflux try the drop-ins. they are good.

Mine baby didnt get thrush but they make her wicked sick, I am not a fan of Dr. browns bottles at all...I was all for them but when ever I used them she threw up.

And plus they are a pain to clean those things.

If you like the bottles and your baby does well on them I would just get a sterilizer that goes in the microwave and every time you wash them sterilize them too. I sterilized all my bottles until my kids were around 10mths. I personally thought they were the greatest and then we got the regular playtex drop ins and they work just as well if not better. I still sterilize the n****e and the ring though. My pedi recommended I sterilize all my kids bottles b/c when my oldest was 5mths we accidentally put her bottle in the side of the sink where some raw hamburger was and after just washing it she got salmonella posioning and was in the hospital for over a week.
