Hi! I’m 33 weeks pregnant with our second child (boy). My family has a history of preterm labor. My first son was born at 35 weeks. Here lately, I have been having diarrhea and extreme nausea. My back has been killing me and feels like it’s on fire. He keeps pushing down and my pelvic area hurts so bad, it hurts to get out of our bed. I’m constantly tired and I feel like no matter how much sleep I get, it’s not enough. I know the worst thing you can do is google your symptoms, but from what I have read these are signs of preterm labor. He is head down. I had an ultrasound a couple days ago and they couldn’t get a good measurement of his head because he was too far in my pelvis. Does this sound like labor is near??

Hard to say. You should absolutely call your doctor though if you think you’re in early labor.

because of your history, its better to be safe than sorry, imo.
