My belly, like where my waistline at the bottom of my bump has been aching like I pulled something idk how to explain it. When I change positions at night, it hurts really bad or when I stand up from laying down or sitting, or when I lay back down. It even hurts when I'm just standing or walking. Right now I'm half sitting up on my back, propped up on my pillow and it doesn't hurt, guess this position gives it relief. My lower back also hurts along with it when my waistline hurts and so do my butt cheeks. I don't remember this feeling with my first. Is this normal pregnancy aches or could it be a sign of something pulled or overdoing things or something else?

Sounds normal to me, but ask your ob if it worries you. I had more aches and pains with my second pregnancy. I also had spd.

Thank you :) I'll mention it to my OB at my appointment tomorrow just to be sure

The pain in your waistline sounds like round ligament pains. The other pain sounds like spd pain.
