Feel bad every time your babies/kids cry? I can't handle crying/whining, it stresses me out and i feel like a horrible mother because i can't always prevent owies or make them happy all the time (or with the baby i dont know what he wants or why he's screaming his head off). It's been a rough week, DS1 has had a cold plus baby has been super gassy lately which i believe is making him almost colicky. i feel sooo bad for DS1 when he wants held and i have to tell him to stay away from me because i'm holding a screaming baby (because he is only 21m and doesn't understand to be careful around the baby yet and will accidentally bump him.) sorry for the rant i just had to get it out

No. Lol. I mean, I'll feel bad for them if it's a 'legitimate' cry, ie they are really hurting from their teeth or whathaveyou, or they are truly sad about something (though I won't feel like a bad mum for it; that would make no sense), but the whinging because I left the room or because I or DH won't sleep on the floor again so he can hold my finger through the bars until I can't feel my arm at 3 am, nope. No sympathy. Lol. I'm a cold-hearted woman.
