This! So much this!

I feel if you have an abortion because that's what society says, that's what the baby's father says, that's what joe blow down the street says, you will regret it. An abortion is something YOU have to live with. No one else. If YOU aren't 100% "committed" to an abortion, it will eat you alive. At least that is what I have heard from every women that has told me THEY didn't want the abortion.

Good luck with your decision. Nothing is going to make it easy.

I think you are right... thank you

You do what is right for you. I would never abort again. I've had 3 kiddos since. I could and never would abort again..that's just me, many people feel otherwise.   I never could nor would adopt a baby out.  If you think you can financially and mentally handle this baby then so be it.  Do what you feel is best for you and yours.  Who cares about who judges you.  You will know what's right...for you.

Do what is best for you!!! Sounds like you can afford baby and make time for the baby. If the father doesn't want to be involved don't pressure him and don't go after him for anything. That is unfair! He has already said he doesn't want a baby and he has no choice it's up to you.

I agree with you... I would still child support though. Infant daycare it's crazy expensive lol

Sounds like you want to keep the baby. No one elses opinion matters.

I do... I have enough love to give to someone else... I'm old and wise enough to know it's a blessing... I know this is not ideal, but life isn't ideal. Even if you plan a pretty picnic, you can't predict the rain.

He should pay child support though...don't want a kid? Don't have sex. Simple.  BC and condoms aren't 100%, surely you know that.

I disagree . He has made it clear he doesn't want a kid.he listed options and she declined ..why should he be forced to pay for 18 yrs ? She said they used protection. He has no choice!! She has every choice... And she stated she wants to keep baby. Why are we forcing men to be fathers when they've made it clear they don't want to? And don't say don't have sex then. Same can be said for a woman.

Please explain why? Does anyone force you to do anything?

Forcing him to pay for 18 yrs is the equivalent to forcing a woman to stay pregnant! If she doesn't want baby she has options .. If he doesn't want baby he has no options!

Because the CHILD deserves support from both parents. It doesnt matter whats "fair" to the parents after the child is born. I think its disgusting to shame a mother for wanting whats best for her child.
