So dd1 has had this red looking dot on her lip now for weeks. At first I thought she hit her lip and it was a blood blister but it hasnt gone away. It resembles a mole to me but it's red. She is a very moley (that's probably not a word. Lol) kid. She gets that from both dh & I. Normal? Should I have it looked at?

My ds just had a red mole near his eye. It's a blood vessel. Your daughters looks different then his. Is it flush to her lip or raised? We had ds removed because he kept messing with it and making it bleed but his was very raised and big. I have a moley kid too lol gets it from me unfortunately. He is 5 and already had two removed poor kid.

edit: they are benign and don't usually need to be looked at just keep an eye on it.
