Currently using Avent bottles & formula has switched to enfamil ar which has helped a lot but my baby is still spitting up a little. I'm always changing clothes so just wondering if changing the bottle might help.

TIA

We use avent natural. But Dr browns seem to be the best goto for colic, reflux, and all of thoes issues. I have a few of the options ones and they are great too.

Keep your baby upright during and for at least 15 minutes after feeds. Make sure you don't have overactive letdown and the baby has the best latch possible by talking to a lactation consultant.
Babies magic tea is an organic supplement that helps with acid reflux and milk allergies.
