So, ive asked about swollen legs before.. but i went to my 2 week check up today and told my midwife about it and she said im swelling because this is my 4th pregnancy,  that i have no protein in my urine and blood pressure looks good.. but the swelling is painful and i have zero ankle by mid day. Ive never expierenced it before and if it isnt blood pressure related then idk what it is but its so frustrating! Any ideas?

O.o i never had swelling with my fourth...

If everything else looks good, i wouldnt worry too much. Elevate your legs and rest as much as possible. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water.

I don't think it's because it's your fourth, more that it's just normal sometimes in pregnancy.

Ideas: Lots of walking, and elevate constantly at rest. Lots of water. Ice packs. Tylenol as needed for pain.

I'm sorry, I know it's uncomfortable and it'll likely get worse if you live where it gets super hot and humid.. Just keep trucking. I hope you feel better!

Just keep a  close eye on the BP, I had swelling like that after my third. Started in my ankles, NBD. Then it was legs, then face, and THEN my BP got wonky.
