Let's talk about morning sickness or all day! Ugh I'm not ready for all this again! Yesterday morning I cried because I just couldn't handled it. What's good for it? I've been snacking on saltine crackers. I hope this don't last!

Once I hit 6 weeks it started coming on strong. I had a OB appointment on Thursday and he gave me some generic zofran. I was sick all week and these past two days been amazing, maybe you can go to urgent care or the ER if it gets too bad and they might be  can give you a prescription.

The peppermint hard candy lifesavers were literally life savers.

I was sick my whole pregnancy with my first and the only thing that helped was chocolate milk or milkshakes,  burgers, and pizza lol.  I swear that's the only reason I gained weight at all.  My midwife was lecturing me about not eating enough and she didn't understand that I couldn't eat.  All veggies had to be cooked down to absolute mush otherwise I'd throw them right back up.  Couldn't eat or drink anything citrus =(

Also forgot to mention that doesn't dry my milk up just yet I know it will eventually will. Also all I crave for is salty and spicy foods!!! I don't know what to do. I just ate pancakes and stomach feels so empty I'm never full.

I recently purchase peppermint essential oil to sniff and help take away the nausea...it works well. I've also drank ginger ale and ate sour patch kids

I live/lived on gingerale. Nausea sucks. Mine is starting to taper off now that I'm almost out of my first trimester

Any medication for it? I just can't handled it when I have 14 month old trying to get my attention and all I want to do is lay down!

I've been eating plain bagels and bone broth. I still wanna die. Bought ginger tea for nausea, promptly vomited ginger tea. Ready to be past this point.
