I'm suffering right now Very Sad   I'm about 8 weeks and the nausea is killing me slowly.   I'm nauseous when I get up and it lasts until I go to bed.  I can't eat anything without throwing it up within the hour.  My back aches from all the heaving and my neck and stomach muscles are so sore!

Anyways,  is there anything that you COULD stomach when all else failed?

cuties for me...the cold, juicy things were best. I didn't have it too bad this time though. I'd try starting slow, maybe with some toast or bananas? IDK, it's all a trial/error thing IMO.

Omfg that sounds so good right now.

Eta-  I've tried starting with crackers and I've gone the banana route,  but my stomach just can't handle it.  I've started choosing what I eat based on how much I don't mind throwing it up.Embarassed

Agreed. Try some peppermint. That helped with nausea, and I was able to eat small things like fruit/veggies, crackers, dry cereal, etc

Cuties were my everything. I'd eat 3-4 easily a day, maybe even before noon.

Crackers never did crap for me. Bananas helped. Maybe try s*****g on a peppermint first thing. For me, it's about waking up with an empty stomach that really messed with me. I had to get something in it immediately or I was hugging the toilet. Shit, it didn't ease up until 26-28 weeks with this boy...

Im almost 14 weeks and in the same predicament. I was hospitalised last week for dehydration and diagnosed again with HG. This is my second pregnancy with it (back to back) and it sucks ass! My doctor prescribed me phenegren and if that doesnt work I'm getting a picc line put in. I hope it gets better for you.

ETA: I can't eat crap without it coming back up 10 minutes later.  I just tried a Tropicana Probiotic drink and so far its staying down. We shall see.

Greasy French fries. I don't know why. I think the greases coated my stomach or something. I was nauseous as hell until like 20 weeks and have lost almost 30 pounds. But greasy fries worked for me.

I'm not sure exactly how far along I am but I just ate dinner and I'm cutrently sitting in the bathroom. Can't tell if it's actually coming back up or not but it's awful. I'm no help though obviously. With ds nothing helped and I didn't get sick once with dd.

Greasy chicken legs were the only thing i could eat.

I agree with PP, its a trial and error thing. Every pregnancy ive had has different things i can eat or not eat.

Unisom and b6 helps. Sometimes not 100% but most time.

But to answer your question crackers and ginger ale. And I learned things my baby disliked. Which was meat mostly.

Baked potatoes! Loaded with butter, sour cream salt & pepper.
I lived on them for the first trimester with dd3.

I was the person who could start a sandwich, go puke, and come back and finish it. With DS1.

fruit! Fruit salads. Fruit cups. Smoothies were a no go though.

also prenatal made a difference, once I switched over to the gummy ones, I felt a bit better. Something in the pill ones made me soooo sick

side note: eek! 8 weeks. So excited for you <3
