My bp has been high the past 3 weeks. I have to go back in three days instead of a week. I'm so worried they'll induce me if it is high again. They didn't mention that but I just got to thinking about it. There hasn't been any protein in my urine so I'm not sure. I just checked it myself and it was 131/76. Mine stays in the 120-130s... my second number was in the 90s at doctors.

Im also still at 4cm for the 3rd week now lol.

My bp has been really high for the last few weeks, i had to go get it checked every couple days. It was in the 140/90 range. My midwives put me on some kind of tincture to help keep it down, and the last two times it was checked it was much lower, last time it was 110/68. Hopefully you go into labor before they decide to induce!

The second number is the number you really have to worry about. The 90s is high but 76 is a good number. Just take it easy, drink water and try not to stress.

131/76 isn't high. It's actually high side of normal but normal nonetheless.

That was when I checked it myself. It runs in the 140s/90s at doctors.

But it doesn't stay high. Accurate blood pressure is taken when the patient has been calm and sitting for at least 15 minutes. Usually when you're taken back for your vitals, you don't get to hang out for 15 minutes so your pulse rate and blood pressure can return to more of its resting state. Unless you're checking it and it's consistently high at home after you've been sitting for a while, don't worry too much about it. Dehydration can lead to increased blood pressure so make sure you're also well hydrated.
