Is there such thing ? Sorry if this is stupid Super Happy I've had 2 ultrasound. One at 5.5 weeks and the other one yesterday at 7 weeks, both abdominal. The yolk sac was on the other side this time?

No they were both abdominal. 5 weeks appeared on the right side and At 7 it was on the left side.

It probably just appears that way because it grew...idk.
My 6 week and 8 week ultrasound looked different.

There's a lot of variables with ultrasound. The tech can have it in different views for example. I'd assume it's from your uterus growing though. Just like the placenta can move as the uterus grows and changes shape.

Impossible. Once it implants, it doesn't migrate. Your uterus grows and it shifts with it, but it doesn't actually go anywhere. The ultrasound tech can flip the image.
