Have had like 10 Braxton Hicks in a hour and a half now they are changing to menstrual cramps. I am 36 weeks and 2cm dialted. What should I do?


im also having the runs.

call your OB! they'll likely tell you to go to L&D but that sounds like signs of labor. Good luck!

I'd probably drink water and lay down for the rest of the day

Just relax momma and go with your gut. Hopefully not labor, but I've had two 36 weekers who were 100% perfect :).

Call your OB,  they will likely yell you to go get monitored.  Could just be dehydration from having  diarrhea , but it could also be early labor

I get a lot of braxton hicks when I have diarrhea (I have IBS so I get prob like 1-2 times a month) but it always calms down after the diarrhea stops. Drink lots of water and lay down on your left side. But if they're getting painful, I'd def call your OB!

No. She always tells me if I don't feel right go straight to hospital.
