Ok so first off im almost 24 weeks. I woke up today and i was hurting alot and i thought maybe it was because i didnt have my support band on etc so i got dressed and felt somewhat better and went ahead to run errands, and by the time i was walking around the store my pain went to a 10 i was shaking,  my stomach was tight, i was sweating and the cashier was asking if she needed to call 911 and i said no i just need to get home please hurry.. well i didnt make it hardly to my car before i started throwing up everywhere.. i came home and showered and drank water and took a 3 hour nap but my stomach is still tight and hurts but not as bad.. my dr is closed today so i would have to just go to the hospital.. i just dont know what to do.

Yea, I think I'd go in. I'm always one to freak out though.

That's what happened to me when I was in the mall when I was pregnant with my daughter. I was dehydrated. After the fluids I felt fine. I say go in.

Just make sure your electrolytes are okay. Lots of water doesn't always mean proper hydration.

Thats exactly how i felt last week. I just had the stomach bug thats going around. When you cant keep anything down then yes go in. It didnt last 24 hours, but the stomach pain came first. Then the next day i was dehydrated and weak. I just rested, drank Gatorade and water, and slowly worked food back into my system.
