Could she be allergic to the diapers or wipes?

That's what I was thinking because every time I leave the diaper off it starts to clear up when I apply another diaper it turns red again she doesn't seem to be in any pain just having bad reactions to things being out there

I'm assuming they've treated for yeast infection.  If that wasn't the problem  then I'd switch diapers or wipes.  Probably the diapers though .  Some kids have really bad reactions to them

My dd2 gets frequent yeast infections and I have to use the cream til it is completely cleared up, sometimes lasts for 5 days, poor kid!
Sometimes that and allergic reactions can look very similar so it's easy to misdiagnose either one!
