I'm not sure what this could be. SO was changing our 1 year old and noticed this on the outside of his thigh. We haven't used anything new. It doesn't seem to bother him. It's a little warm to the touch. What could it be? :/

No. He did eat two things he's never had before. I didn't think about that. The only place he has this is his leg though. Could that cause a reaction only on his leg if he ate something he's allergic to?

Definitely. Food allergy is one of the more common causes for skin rash. Id try feeding him those two things at different times (different days) to see if it causes a reaction... Were either of them common allergy foods? Tomato, nuts, shellfish, dairy, etc.?

No. One was salsbury steak and the other was angel hair pasta with butter and herbs.

Salisbury steak with tradition mushroom gravy? The mushrooms are the only thing i can think of right now that might trigger that, if it did have mushrooms...

Has he been especially active today? It kind of looks like heat rash.

No just brown gravy. He's always super active lol :) it seems to be shrinking now and is more red.

I lied. Same size, only red around the outside now.

Not bothered by it what so ever. Still his normal happy, goofball self :D

It's hives. He now has it in the same spot on his other leg.
