My son will be a year old on the 24th of this month. I know he's supposed to be eating regular food by now but I can't get him to eat anything but cheese (he loves cheese). I can get him have about 2 bites of things but that's it. He will put food in his mouth then spit it out. He's also not interested in baby food anymore so I can't even give him that. He still has about 6 6oz bottles a day because thats all he will eat! Any advice on how to get him to eat regular food? Thanks!

Have you tried the toddler food pouches?  My DD1 is a very picky eater and she just turned 2 and still eats those a lot on her bad days

Is he formula feed? Most formulas fave 12month+ formula that have added vitamins. My dd was the same I was told to give her Grow and Go (I used Similac). With my youngest se was picky so I gave her Pediasure  milkshakes. (Basically Ensure for Toddlers) Also have you tried  Baby Led Feeding/Weaning?? which basically means offering your baby foods that are soft-cooked and cut or mashed into small easily manageable pieces. He feeds himself. Worked with my youngest.

What's his weight like? Food isn't "really" needed before 1, I would just keep with the formula, switch to the toddler stuff when he turns 1 so that way he's still getting what he needs, I'd just keep offering him food, he'll get there I'm sure.

And I would knock off the baby food, it's disgusting, I would offer real food. JMO!

No I'll try them maybe he'd like feeding himself with the pouches. He'll probably make a big mess with them lol

Yeah I was considering switching to the toddler formula. I just don't want him to be just getting that and nothing else. Also I do offer him regular food all of the time he just puts it in his mouth and spits it out :/
