Who here loves to lift?!?  I know that I do.  There is something about picking up those weights and just going for it. I am hoping to continue to lift even if I do get pregnant.  I know I know, there are some things that I won't be able to do, BUT I am still going to do something.  I am in a bit of withdrawl here at the moment. My work schedule isn't very nice to gym hours.  I can't wait to go home and get back in the gym for real.

I love me some deadlifts...I just hate the stares in the gym.  That is something that I don't think that I will ever get used to.  I wish that DH would go with me.

Ah  I see.  Yeah I like going to the gym...I am just not the biggest fan of leg day there.  It was really bad on the boat.  ShyShy

My local gym is full of a bunch of ass holes, most of which don't know the first thing about proper form,  and they're very lewd.

Women have a very hard time "bulking" we just don't have enough of the hormones to do it.  You will lean out!  If you are super worried about it low weight/ high reps will ensure that you won't bulk up.  If you want to do some research on it I would recommend looking at bodybuilding.com and look through the articles about women and weightlifting.

All of this!  =)

Very difficult for women to get bulky.  I know a lot of friends who fear this too and no matter how much I try to explain it to them they still won't lift weights lol

Oh boy...that bugs the crap outta me.  I see women doing two a days on just cardio im like what are you doing!  Oh well.  Lean muscle=more calorie burn.  I cant wait to get home and lift again.  My favorite program is Jamie Eason Live Fit, but it is so damn time consuming.

I have to do at least a couple days a week of Cardio to lose weight but it's only a half hour a day lol.  I love running/jogging but I'm trying to  find my balance.

Yes I do have to do cardio too, but I just HATE it.  Its boring.  I am hoping when I move that I can get a jogging stroller after the baby comes and DD can ride her bike for short runs like a mile and a half or so.
