Well I started my weight loss journey today, as the doctors said they would like me to drop weight before we try for another baby. Honestly, I've never have had the cutesy bump with any of my other babies so why not! Wouldn't hurt to be healthy either.
If you all would like to join me on this long journey you are more than welcome! The more the merrier! We can share healthy meal ideas, exercise routines. If we had a cheat day! What we plan to do the next day to get us back on track. Mainly just to keep us all motivated.

I have 100lbs to lose.
Plan: Eat Healthy and exercise. Drop regular pop and drink plenty of water.
Monthly goal: 5-10 lbs a month
Reward for monthly goal: once thirty pounds is dropped new outfit. Then a new outfit each month when I reach my 5-10lb goal!
Treating myself with food is a no no. It gets me right off track!
Overall goal: Sz 8 pants around 140lbs

I need this!    I have about 60 (Embarassed) pounds to lose.   I've been trying to eat healthier but my SO is soo unhelpful and is always offering me some type of snack.   It'll be nice to have other ladies to help hold me accountable.

I'll be joining in on this once baby comes. I've done really well and I'm only up 7lbs this pregnancy. Two years ago I lost 70lbs and was down at a size 10/12 and I felt amazing. I would like to get back to that. I gained back a chunk of weight when I was going through my divorce.
I have about 50lbs to loose to get back there and would like to loose about 60/70 lbs total.

I will be joining you after dd is born. I haven't been comfortable in my own skin for six years and with her being my last baby I need to stop making excuses. I have tried really hard to watch my weight this pregnancy and so far I have gained 6 pounds at 22 weeks.

I am trying to lose approx 70lbs!! I am having trouble keeping the will power to not eat badly. I feel hungry constantly.
I have been a little depressed and stressed recently so i am sure that is not helping.

I have been trying to actually bring food for breakfast and lunch to work. That was a big downfall cause i would end up buying out food. TOO expensive and TOO unhealthy. So far I have only lost 1 lb. but that was over the course of like 3 days.

I do not have a ton of time for exercising so i found a 30day challenge thing and am going to try and do the exercises daily to try and get a little motivated.

Eek good luck girl! What about downloading the myfitnesspal app and setting it to 1200 calories or 1600 calories a day. Whichever is best for you!

Had baby girl last week! Have 34lbs to lose to get back to pre preg weight....would be nice to get there as a Christmas gift to myself....but I know that is a lofty goal...maybe with nursing and water retention I still have from the surgery, we will see! Good job ladies for working on taking care of yourselves.

I'm in. I think that exercise will help with some of my ppd issues. I have about 70 pounds to lose to get back to my happy weight. I like the goals of new outfits because last time I lost a ton of weight that was my favorite thing to do and made me feel great about my new shape.

Like you guys, SO is totally unhelpful. I'm going to start meal prepping this week and make grilled chicken and salad so I have one already made for dinner when I get home to the madness of the kids running around and have no time to make a healthy meal. Are any of you planning on meal prepping?

Yea, the outfit a month kept me toward my goal it was amazing to see the progress!
I hadn't thought about it! That's actually a great idea! Boil the chicken so you have it on hand! Is that what you do?
We are having baked chicken breast, green beans, and carrots tonight.

Then I'm making bbqued chicken and Mac n cheese for my picky kids. Lol

im hoping they will get on track with me eventually.

I actually have been on pintrest and making a grocery so I can make up some freezer meals and have been makeing  a list of healthy and easy snacks for breastfeeding mamas. I'm hoping to get into a good habit of eating healthy and enough to support breastfeeding and pumping and have the weight fall off in a perfect world.

I just downloaded an app that plans up to 6 meals a week and it gives you a grocery list for the things you'll need for all recipes.    I find it SO helpful.  I've made two recipes from it so far and they were really good!
