after i had my daughter, i've gained 100lbs and then lost 50lbs but for the past few years, i've been having ups and downs with weight gain and loss. i would love to lose another 50lbs and get back to the body i had before pregnancy!
what diets and exercises did you do to lose all your baby fat?
I'm trying low carb. For me this works... Carbs are my enemy.
Weight Watchers and yoga and cardio worked for me.
Just eating a clean, healthy/balanced diet and doing juice cleanses worked amazing for me!
Last year around Christmas I weighed 170lbs
and today I weigh 123 lbs.
I might workout to some youtube videos if I can find the time but I have 3 extremely busy boys to help keep me in shape
Yoga, Walking and Paleo. Paleo alone makes the fat melt off me.
