d2a3629bf0720ea8e163ecadb40ddd7f.jpgI had a miscarriage 2 months ago... I'm still having a hard time dealing with it. I came across this tattoo and I really think I want to get it. As a tribute I guess. Hoping it will help me cope a little better. I was only 9 weeks when I miscarried but baby had stopped growing before then... Would it be stupid to get a tattoo for that? I feel like people don't think my situation is "that bad". They just keep saying it could have been worse. Maybe it could have... But it has still been devastating for me. Idk. I know I shouldn't care what others think but i can't help it...

I wouldn't worry about what is serious or important or sad enough or enough of a big deal in theory or in comparison to someone else. It was your baby and your loss and so you can feel any way you feel about it, and express that sadness in any way that feels fitting to you.

I'm not a huge fan of tattoos, but I think that's really pretty and poignant.

I'm sorry for your loss.

Your baby can be honored by you in any way that will help you remember them and move forward. Coping is hard and you just ignore those people who say it wasnt ''that bad''. Losing a child at any gestation is devastating. They are your child and they wont understand.

I'm so sorry for your loss and I think the tattoo is very pretty.

A loss is a loss no matter the situation. I'm sorry for your loss and I think that would be a nice little tribute to your angel.

I think that's a really cute idea.
Dont let anyone downplay your loss! A loss is a loss and they are painful! I'm sorry you went through that.

Hugs mama! People can't tell you how to feel unless they themselves have been through it. I'm so sorry for your loss. I think they state the statement, because they feel so uncomfortable and don't really know what to say. That tattoo is a wonderful idea.

I vote that one does what works for them when in mourning. However, I would be worried this could also one day be a "trigger". I mean for me I think it'd be a permanent and constant reminder of loss. Everyone is so different though

Not at all. I had a chemical and only knew for 3 days I was pregnant. It still was very hard for me so don't let anyone make you feel like it doesn't matter!
