Hi everyone,
i recently lost my first born son on July 8, 2016 at just 15 weeks and 4 days. He is so precious. I recieved a call from my OB/GYN today with results from my placenta. He said it was positive for chorioamnionitis. I'm just wanting to know what others have experienced, I'm worried that it will happen again with my next pregnancy. Just wanting to have an idea of what to expect in the future.

I lost my daughter at 28 weeks due to it and a partial placental abruption. I developed my infection from my water leaking slowly for a week and doctors ignoring my concerns to check my baby out via ultrasound and non stress tests.

My my following pregnancy went fine. No issues.

They too said I had a 25% placenta abruption... Really makes me question what caused everything
