Hi ladies as figured I was in the process of a miscarriage but I never bled a lot or had clots and today as I was laying in bed I got up and had horrible back pain plus semi cramps well I just sat on the toilet and passed a clot or the sac I'm not sure with my other miscarriage I first bleed and started passing big clots before I eventually passed the sac the next day and I didn't see it with this one it went by real fast and I'm not sure if it's the sac if it is gonna take it easy and monitor my bleeding I just need confirmation I guess if this is the sac I still have some moderate cramps so took some Motrin for the pain I have posted a pic below please no harsh comments or anything of that nature if you feel you can't take a look please don't scroll down thank you ladies for your help

That's what mine looked like Very Sad I'm sooooo sorry!

I could even see the baby inside when I placed it in a jar ... It's heartbreaking I'm very sorry for your loss and I'm here if you need to talk <3 but to answer your question yes, that does look like the sac.

Thank you ladies Im glad this time around I didn't feel that much contractions it's the very first clot I lost the sac I could see through it it's very depressing.... For the ladies that did have a miscarriage what was good as far a pain control what pain killers did you take I have some cramps here and there that are still somewhat strong and I'm trying to get through the rest of the miscarriage still losing some clots and all

Mine looked similar to this when I had a miscarriage awhile back. I believe I used Ibuprofen for the pain and it did seem to help a little bit. I'm so sorry for your loss and that you have to go through this.
