5 years ago I had twins via c section at 24 weeks. I know it depends on a lot of factors but has anyone had a premature birth followed by a full term birth?

I personally have not, but a good friend of mine had her first baby at 31 weeks, and her 2nd baby, born 3 1/2 years later was born at 39 weeks.

I guess technically I'm still able to have a preemie but my first was born via emergency csection at 34w6d due to preeclampsia.

Im currently 36w2d with my second and thankfully no signs of pree or her coming now.

My daughter was born at 27 weeks. My son was born 12 years later via scheduled c-section at 39 weeks, 1 day. I was on progesterone shots from weeks 15 to 35 and had weekly ultrasounds/NST's from week 30 on.
