I'm 220lbs and I was 240 during pregnancy.  I use to be 195lbs
I wanna be 140-150 .
Beside eating healthy and exercising,  what can I do to lose weight with a 1 month old? I'm so unhappy with my body and have bad purple stretch marks too:(

I went from 73kg to 55kg eating small healthy meals 6 times a day. I cut down on carbs and sugar it seemed to work.

In my experience, everything besides eating right and working out is either temporary or useless. Or incredibly expensive, like surgery. If you really want to get healthy though, you can. I have a 6 month old and I've been going to the gym for an hour and a half every day for months. I've lost over 50lbs since my pregnancy and over 70lbs since my heaviest weight. I drink low-calorie protein shakes (I like ForzaPro Chocolate Shakes) as a meal replacement and eat a diet of fruits, veggies, chicken and lean meats. There's no quick fix, just work hard and it'll pay off.

Nothing is going to work long term besides healthy eating and exercise.
I went from 95kgs to 59kgs in just over 4 months cutting out bad fats and sugars, eating heaps of brown carbs, lean meat and heaps of fruit and vegetables and drinking plenty of water!
Goodluck!, oh i did it with a 15 month old and a new baby!, lol

Work out or go to the gym, eat nothing but fruit, veggies n meat. Drink protein shakes as well it helps turn your fat into muscle. And make sure when you work out you do it regularly. I was 70kgs and by going to the gym and working out I'm now 50kgs but now that I'm pregnant its normal to gain weight.

Carbs are important.

This is true too. Especially you do need to eat a few extra calories.

Not even that. Depending on your body composition some people physiologically will not she'd extra weight while breastfeeding regardless of what/how they eat. It is the body's way of ensuring the baby  will be taken care of.

I so didn't know this until another lady on here told me lol

Wait weren't you just making fun of your MIL for being almost 300 pounds? Eat right and exercise, it's all you can do, like maybe walk to school?
