My baby's name is Mason Jeffrey Trudeau- he was born June 18th @ 10:54 AM and was 5lbs and 13 3/4 oz. He was 4 weeks premature, and has already gained 2 lbs!! Making him now 7 lbs and 13 3/4 oz. :D

I am doing soooo good! I am 3 weeks pp and I cannot wait till I can start doing all my regular things again. Mason is so much fun and I love him so much.

Isabelle was due May 10 but didn't want to come so I was induced May 14th. My labor was cake. I went in at 3-4 cm and by time they started the Pitocin I was at a 5. I got the epi which was WONDERFUL! I am definitely getting it if I have any more babies! At 2 pm I started having this intense pain near my right ovary and my back hurt. The nurse checked me and you could see her head! So after telling me to hold on for about 15 minutes while they prepped the room, I had her 15 minutes later at 2:31 pm. She was 6 lbs, 8 oz and 19.5 in long!

For the first few weeks I had such a hard time breastfeeding, but now it's not a big deal at all. She is getting so big! I have no idea how much she weighs I know she's getting up there! I am amazed by how much of a happy baby she is. She giggles and laughs a lot, which makes my days worthwhile. She is getting so close to rolling over, it makes me laugh to see her tip, tip, tip and then start to cry cause she can't get all the way over.

As for me, I am doing A LOT better now that I am on Zoloft. I knew that what I was experiencing was worse than "the baby blues" because I was so overwhelmed it was really preventing me from being a good mother. But I am doing so much better emotionally (aside from the lack of weight loss) and am already thinking about TTC in 2010 :)

I wish I could have breastfed. He at least got it for 8 days, which is better than nothing.
I feel like such a failure and a loser.
Oh, by the way, if you guys don't use your Enfamil checks you get in the mail, I would LOVE them so much. We're starving over here! heh
