My SO wants to get Lilly's handprints tattooed somewhere (hasn't decided yet)
I know I am going to get her name in small script across my inner wrist but I may get her handprints as well : )
Anyone who has done this?
Or who has tattoos they would like to share relating to their kids?

i know TONS of ppl that have them too..BUT they dont have your baby's foot/hand print haha :)

I thought about it but nothing "spoke" to me. At least you can take comfort in knowing that prints are unique. :wink:
i already have one tattoo on my back in memory of my daddy, i'm gonna try to make this one kinda "flow" with the other one..my husband drew my last one so i'm gonna get him to design me something with her footprint & some butterflies :)

The idea that I did steal, was the name on the wrist thing.
I totally stole that idea from all the mommies that come in to JCP and buy stuff.

It kinda looks like she has 6 toes on both feet but its an exact copy of her BC
I've taken it around and gotten some opinions on getting it fixed and all the tat artists I've talked to said no bc it does look identical.
(The "extra toes" are smears!)

I would have personally had the first artist take out the extra smears. I had a few in mine but I had him take them out.

My husband got our daughter's handprint on his chest. We had some guys approach us at a pool one day and tell us that was a symbol for the Mexican mafia. The way the center is hollowed out on his tattoo it is hard to tell if the letter "M" is there. We laugh about it, we had no idea.
