Make sure you move your legs constantly... you're more prone to deep vein thrombosis whilst pregnant.
If you're not in an aisle seat and would feel more comfortable being so, make sure you make it clear you want to change seats with someone willing, they won't like the thought of someone complaining as it gives them a bad reputation. Just be firm with them!!!
I flew from Japan to the States and it was like 11 hours. I was probablly like 18 weeks or something. I was stuck in the middle of the 5 seater row. it sucked. i couldnt really do anything to make it comfy cuz i was stuck in the middle. the only thing i can really suggest is bring a massaging pillow and maybe ask the flight attendants to bump you up to first class if possible or request a window or aisle seat. good luck!
I flew from Germany to Atlanta, GA, which is about a 10 hour flight. It wasnt *too* bad because i slept the whole time. Try to get an asile seat and get up and walk a little bit every hour or so, and drink LOTS of water. I was only about 16-17 weeks or so at the time, but the super high altitude still made me swell up pretty bad
I'm not to sure about the long flight. However, I was supposed to go to vegas and it is only 4 hours flight and they advice me not to go on the plane due to the fact that I might be delivering soon. I am around 30 weeks. Just call the airline also to confirm if they allow you to travel while pregnant. It depends on how far you are. Another thing ALWAYS ask to get an aisle hun, you paid for your ticket and a seat and you are a pregnant lady trust me they will be nice to you. Just make sure bring lots of gum and well swelling gosh i dunno that is hard one...you might want to stand also . but check first about that and have fun if you do go !!!
