I'm 18weeks pregnant and I just wanted to know if its normal not to feel my baby move during the day? I know somedays he moves like crazy, but lately I haven't felt much movement. Is this normal?

At 18 weeks that is definatly normal. I never even felt my baby until 20w.

This early on, I wouldn't worry about it... But, once he gets bigger you should feel him every day... :)

Don't worry about counting kicks/movement until 26+ weeks is what they say.

Yes , it is. During this time its still early and I wouldn't worry about it.
Your baby's movement wont become regular until the 20 something weeks.

I've heard once you can feel your baby move everyday, if you don't feel it move for more than 12 hours, let your doctor know.

I have been able to feel my baby kicking every day, every15-20 mins since I was 18 weeks and flutters once or twice a day since 14 weeks. If you have been feeling your baby kicking consistantly every day for about a week I might be concerned enough to call my Dr. but if your just feeling flutters then I wouldn't worry. I only felt fluuters a few times a day and then it gradually turned into small kick every 3-4 hours and now I am almost 20 weeks and feel him kick constantly, usually in my pelvic area, jabbing my bladder. Or if your baby had an active day prior to this one he may just be a little tired from that and is having a lazy day.
