Baby going berserk in belly Mrs. Roper Due June 7 (boy); 2 kids; 1 angel baby; Rota, Northern Mariana Islands 214 posts

I have no clue if this is normal, so it's really bothering me. I'm 7 months along, and earlier today the baby just twitched all over place, almost like a seizure. It was her whole body, because I felt it everywhere in my stomach. It felt like every single bit of her had gone spastic...no human being could voluntarily move like that -- so fast and so violently. It's hard to describe exactly how it felt, but I hope someone can relate? She has been moving as normal ever since, but that twitching was so severe that it really worried me....

I think its pretty normal, I believe they have their active days. I feel he really wants to come out!! I just thinks they are growing or trying to get comfortable.

My little guy is always very active. He's getting hiccups at least twice a day right now and sometimes they shake my whole belly. My hubby and i were watching tv last night and he saw my whole belly shake out of the corner of his eye. he couldn't believe it could move like that.

I asked this same question on here too. And I even asked my doctor. And called other places for other opinions. I got scared because the doc and nurses said they never heard of that happening before. But, I chatted with a woman here on baby gaga who actually had the same experience while she was hooked up on a fetal stress monitor and she said the doc said that it's kinda like when you are stretching and at the end of your stretch you kinda twitch. But babies in utero can feel like they are vibrating cause they can move really fast. I don't know...I hope this helps.

The only thing I don't understand is doctors' never hearing of this when here on baby gaga I hear of many women having this experience.
