I gained a heck of a lot of weight when I was pregnant. Most of it was water. So by the time I left the hospital, I was 28lbs. lighter than when I went in. I am 5 wks post partum and can't work out my abs for at least another week (I had a c-section). I have tons of loose skin hanging on my belly. Once I start working out will my skin tighten up along with my ab muscles? The look of loose skin hanging over jeans is not a good look. LOL! I'm worried because it looks like chicken fat hanging there. Anyone else have this after birth? Was anyone able to get the skin to go back to normal? I'm a bit old than most of the moms here so maybe due to age my skin took a harder hit? I was 123lbs before getting pregnant and very toned. Any advice on getting the skin to tighten?
I curious to know the answer to this also. I'm 10 weeks PP and i still have a nice flabby tummy. I was 95lbs pre-pregnancy and now i'm 120lbs. I was 148lbs the day before i delivered.
It'll go back I started my first pregnancy at 118, and went to 220 and after I started working out and lost the weight my stomach tightened up and ended up looking even better than it did before!

I'm 13 weeks pp and I still have a little loose skin...and that's after being 13 pounds under pre-pregnancy weight and exercising. I guess I'm just unlucky :(.
I'm a whole year pp as of today (happy b-day jeremy!) and my stomach is still flabby. it looks ok in pictures and when i wear clthes but if you giggle it or touch it its all mushy.
