Well I mean think about why. Did you do it to be healthier? Were you unhappy with your previous weight? Did you want to raise your self esteem?

Congratukations btw! That’s awesome!

Oh Bia! You don’t know how proud I am of you!! 198lbs!! You are so inspirational and beautiful!!

how about something like this? Then go from there!

main thing, I was told in order to be able to have a hernia surgery I needed to lose some weight. The way I felt that was my main goal at first. As time went on, the more I lost I started loving the way I felt, it was great going places, being able to exercise, and walk without getting out of air. It was so encouraging to see the smiles on my beautiful girl’s faces when I could play with them and keep up to their level. After that I decided to go full force to give them the life they deserve and be a great role model to them. Truthfully I feel great about myself too!

I would start by maybe saying you needed to lose x amount of weight in order to get the hernia repaired and go on to talk about why you kept going after you lost the weight that you needed to.   You are amazing!

You had some good responses but just wanted to say congrats!! That's amazing. I'm over here just trying to make myself start exercising and eating better again. I know how hard it is to do and keep up with. I would love to lose at least 30 lbs.

198lbs that just blows my mind! You are so great! I’m so proud of you! I’ll be getting right back at it as soon as baby is born and I get the okay from the dr. Really enjoying her movements, and can’t really complain at all this pregnancy! She’s such a blessing! I’m really happy!
