I wouldn’t. They tell you not to eat because of risk of aspiration, meaning your stomach contents can travel via the tube into your lungs if you throw up while under anesthesia.

No I mean, like say they tell you, you can eat until 6am or drink until 11am, would you? I know not to eat after the times they've said, still so nervous to have breakfast though!

Oh! Haha I mean I probably would eat a small breakfast. Like just some toast.
