Well I ate a lot of over easy eggs while pregnant and my son seems just fine. I think it really comes down to how YOU feel about it... is it worth whatever possible risks to you? I personally don't think a little runny egg is going to mess your baby up...

Thanks ladies! They say not to eat it but I wasn't sure how truly unsafe it actually is.

1 in 20,000 eggs carries salmonella... The average person doesnt eat anywhere near 20,000 eggs in their lifetime. Salmonella is from the egg shell, not the actual egg itself. So the likelyhood of getting salmonella from an under cooked egg yolk is not very likely.
