This weight from baby 3 is being stubborn as hell and I'm getting desperate. lol So I've been looking into the teatoxs. I have found at least three different sites that sell them. I'm curious if they actually work or not. I'd like to hear other peoples experiences.

detox your body with veggies and sip on tea all day instead of sodas/juices etc?

I'm not a huge fan of veggies. I do eat a few fruits though. I only drink water and the propel waters. Is there a certain tea that would work better then others?

Honestly...........tea is tea. There are "detox" teas you can buy at your local grocery store or health food stores. I think the real mission is to change up your eating habits. There are many fruits that help with detoxing/cleansing:

apples
almonds
blueberries
cranberries
goji berries
grapefruit
greentea
lemons
pineapple

Which veggies do you eat? Also I found if you prep your veggies to your liking, it becomes more bearable to consume. For example, I hate brussel sprouts but found a way to cook them to where I can't get enough now.

Edited to add: wait, not a fan of veggies and only eat a few fruits? What does  your diet consist of? Carbs, meat....? Do you eat fish? And you HAVE to work out. You can't just drink tea and think you'll magically loose weight 38

Unfortunately veggies are the way to go with weight loss. High protein, low carbs, tons of water, and stay active. It really does work if you're honest with yourself and stick to it.

As a kid I hated veggies and as an adult I taught myself different ways to make them so I could tolerate them.

Fruits are fine in moderation but not the best for weight loss if you're having them constantly.

Thanks ladies. I usually get at least 20 minutes plusof cardio and crunches/planks in the morning. If the weather is nice I also go on a 30 minute to an hour walk in the morning. Honestly I don't usually eat much. Breakfast is usually a bowl of cereal, I don't usually do lunch but if I go it's a salad, and dinner is whatever is made that night.I also do yogurt, apple slices, or pretzels for snacks. I bought some carrots but I'm having a hard time eating them so I've added them to my salad. Are those bagged frozen veggies any good? The cauliflower rice and veggie tots look good but I guess they aren't as healthy.

I used tiny tea before. It helped with bloat but honestly that was it and it tasted disgusting lol Definitely make sure you're eating enough. If you aren't getting enough it can make it harder to lose weight, and I use the bagged veggies. I just make sure they're only the veggies and don't have a bunch of sauces and added sodium.

Try water with cucumber and lemon slices in it. Just leave it in the fridge over night. My husband used it everyday and he lost a lot of water weight semi quickly. Then he used an actual detox tea but he dropped about 100lbs using just that and running.

Thanks. Not sure if I will like the cucumber taste but its worth a shot. I'd definitely like something more natural.

Honestly to me I tasted lemon more, but you can switch it up with strawberries and lemon, Or oranges and some mint leaves, Watermelon.  Anything should work, if you have Pinterest they have tons of natural detox water recipes. I hope you can find one you like!

I feel like theyre just a marketing ploy. "Buy me, try me" thing.
Maybe try those v8 drinks? More than one person has mentioned them to me recently.

also, make smoothies for breakfast and disguise the veggies. Cereal sounds all carbs. Snack on proteins. Avoid crunchy, crispy and sugary... replace pretzels, watch your sodium intake.

have you started on birth control yet? I swear starting has plateaued my weight. I swear I'm gonna be screwed when I stop nursing.

Yes! Super helpful with detox waters, especially if you don't want to be swallowing chunks of fruit lol.
