I just had my son 10 days ago. I had a successful VBAC with him. Is it normal to still be super achy in the lower stomach? When I cough or sneeze or move a certain way it hurts so bad in my lower stomach. I don't remember it lasting this long with my first. Sorry for the stupid question.

Yep it is.  I was still having contractions at that time when breastfeeding

No more contractions thank god. Omg. They woke me up my first night in the hospital. I'm like wtf is happening am I in labor again? This time was so different than my first two lol

Yeah I'm a little terrified to have another baby lol.  With my second baby I'd been having a lot of pain and my midwife informed me that it was probably because there was an area of my uterus that was very thin due to me having my babies back to back.  So now I have this crazy paranoia of having a ruptured uterus
