What are some post workout snacks that help fill you up but are still healthy and good for weight loss? Your favorites?

Anything with oatmeal in it or fruits 

ETA: you can make homemade granola bars that are super healthy and delicious. Smoothies too

I always have a protein shake and sometimes I add some oats and a banana to keep me full.

Ive heard chocolate milk is a good after work out drink.

Avocado is good..Evil after my walk at night I have a protein smoothie, 2 scoops of the powder, water, sometimes a banana, and definitely some berries, Greek yogurt, avocado. I for sure have a banana in my morning smoothie though lol.

You can add oats in there too, I tried that yesterday, I didn't really like it though, I don't think I put enough water in, actually I know I didn't, it tasted good but it was kind of thick.

Basically anything with protein is supposed to be beneficial. Just make sure it's a healthy protein.
