How do you get motivated for morning workouts? I need to start working out in the mornings. It will get it over and done with and maybe I won't be so depressed about the way I look. The thought of getting up in the cold at 5:15 in the morning every morning already makes me tired.

I have no idea but I'd love to just feel motivated enough to get up in the morning on time.

I am never motivated to work out but I just sorta force myself to do it and it gets easier as I do it lol.  And I think about the fact that it'll be over and done with haha

I just started walking in the AM (I walk at night too but just added morning in) the other day, I find it much easier to go for a Walk at 6am vs at night, only because the kids are still asleep lol, it's sooooo peaceful, because at night they just have to come Evil just force yourself, you'll enjoy it soon enough 38

I enjoy night runs but with the kids and my husband's unpredictable schedule it is hard to always follow through. Mornings I won't have to listen to my older daughter whine about exercise.

Haha I hope so. 5am is so early. I think I will feel better though when I do it. I enjoy working out in the evenings but then my older one just complains she is tired and when are we going home. It makes it a chore and not enjoyable.

I usually just go in another room for about 20 minutes.  I'm not a morning person.  I like walking on the morning but that's about it lol and only possible about 6 months out of the year here
