What are some favorite snacks that you moms have found to help with horrible nausea when you first wake up? Obviously, there's crackers, but I was wondering what else might work? Also, what do you drink first thing in the morning? I always wake up so thirsty but can't stand water at all that early.
Toast and apple juice. Peppermints help with nausea too
Granola bar and Gatorade
I always made smoothies...my favs were Mango/peach/stawberry/banana and raspberry/blueberry/strawberry. I was so sick when I was pregnant with my second and third and couldn't even handle the thought of food
I had trouble drinking water too, especially with my third. I was SO dehydrated and thirsty but even after a sip I was back to the bathroom throwing up. I really liked watering down "healthy/not from concentrate" juices like pomegranate/blueberry and freezing it like a slushy...that seemed to help settle my stomach quite a bit.

coffee, milk, oj
Coffee. It's the only thing that ever settles my stomach in early pregnant. Specifically toffee nut iced coffee from Starbucks. I can't even look at anything else
