My last dr. Appointment was 7/8 and I was 200 lbs. since then, with learning about my prediabetes, I stopped drinking coffee, started walking for at least 30 minutes during my lunch break and however long I can on the weekends, started eating more good stuff and less bad stuff. Weighed myself today and I was 193. It's not a lot but I'm still very happy about it and it just motivates me to keep going!
