Sure it's not heat exhaustion? Heat stroke is definitely a very emergent situation, so I doubt it's that.

Then he's insane. Heat stroke you'd have a high fever which would be dangerous to both you and your baby. Hallucinations, confusion, etc.

I was gonna say the same thing! I thought heat stroke was like a dial-911 type situation?

I do have a fever and I'm seeing stars. Also with dizziness, nausea headache and nausea. He is having me drink lots of water and gatoraide, and had me take Tylenol and the over the counter anti nausea meds.

Yeah. I am still doubting it's heat stroke and your doctor still sounds like a quack to me.

He is a really good doctor. I trust him more than I've ever trusted another doctor. Because he takes my concerns seriously and takes extra precautions.

Do what you think is right, if your doc tells you to do something and maybe tomorrow yiu dont feel better call your doc again.  Somtimes opinons get thriwn out and it makes yo second guess yourself. (I know this from experience)

Haha I forgot that you can still get a bad sunburn when it's overcast!! :) especially if you are see through like me. Plus my house is really hot today so I think the two combined is causing the problem

Quoting Stan Smith:
He may have meant heat exhaustion.

Heat stroke is serious and can kill you. A guy that worked in construction in my father's company had heat stroke from working on a roof in summer. He was absolutely delirious and he needed an ambulance. I don't think you'd even be coherent with heat stroke.

I just looked up the difference. You're probably right and also he is probably taking precautions against heat stroke. I didn't realize there was a difference between the two.

Quoting Stan Smith:

Yes that's what I thought, maybe he was worried about trying to prevent it. Either way, neither of them are fun to deal with. I hope you feel better. Pound that water in front of a fan lol.

I am :) plus I've got a massive sunburn on my face
