What do you eat for healthy eating during the day? Need some new food to eat as I eat a lot of fatty foods but try eat veg and fruit when I can but it doesnt really intrest me to eat it

One of my favorite snacks is apples dipped in peanut butter. So delish.

I find myself wanting a lot of meat and anything tangy or tart...lol... its really kind of hard to eat healthy when the baby doesnt allow it! Try to make homemade smoothies with yogurt... there awesome

right now I have to put hot sauce on everything in order to eat it lol its freaking terrible.
Poor baby...apparently at this stage they start tasting the amniotic fluid, so I hope it's not to spicy!!!

My biggest craving has been Olive Garden salad dressing. I was able to get some from SAMs club. We don't have a membership but my mil does. I eat salad with it all the time. It's so good!!! I would put it on everything if it wouldn't gross everyone else in the house out. I also am really loving steamed broccoli with cheese, and zucchini. Everything else is really gross to me right now.

I have started eating plain Greek yogurt with some jelly mixed in to add flavor. If I don't feel like eating fruits and veggies, I juice them to get the nutrients since I drink juice a lot. It doesn't give the fiber but it's ok I have no problems with constipation so I don't need extra haha!

A little bit of sodium isn't bad. However, eating too much will cause swelling because of water retention.


Instead of eating chips, eat popcorn, nuts, or crackers.

During the day I'm not really hungry so I snack on fruit, veggies and cheese sticks lol then at night i have a big dinner and of course I have to have my sweet snack at night
