Can you take one while pregnant? My body is so sore so after stuffing eggs I was thinking of taking a warm bath with some Epsom salt. Then I remembered I'm pregnant lol. So yes or no?

It should be fine, nurses were recomending that to me after I gave birth so pregnant is probably fine too.

it's fine, i took epsom salt baths towards the end of my recent pregnancy and they helped with my back pain a lot.

ETA: epsom salt is also used as a laxative i believe, and i'm pretty sure that use isn't okay during pregnancy. but for soaking, it's totally okay. :)

I took a bath a few days ago using the bath salt. I googled first and it's apparently fine.

Thanks ladies!  I'm gonna light a lavender candle while I am at it. I just read it's really good for you. Apparently can lower blood pressure, ease BH and such.

If I remember correctly it's high in magnesium and "too much" magnesium can cause you to have loose stools.  Sort of like prunes.  But it just depends on what your levels are like how it will affect you.
