Baby gets stuffy nose at night user banned

Did any of your infants get a stuff nose during the night? I feel bad because you can tell it makes it hard for him to bf throughout the night. What did you do that helped? It's only at night, never during the day, so it's not a cold or anything.

We tried everything with DD. Always ended up having to manually suction it out.

If baby is old enough tilt head up on a pillow, so his head isn't completely flat. We also used this saline mist/drops for babies.

I agree with putting some bm in his nose and if you have a bulb sucker thing you could try to use that after?

Vicks warm humidifier. I got one when DD got sick and in turn me. You buy these little pads that are soaked with Vicks and insert it in the middle. You can use one or two or none. I used two and it was amazing. Best $20 spent.

We're having the same issue except ours is an all day problem. We just plugged in the humidifier (we moved recently so had to find it again), I've been doing saline spray followed by bulb suction but it wasnt really getting much. My son had a doctor's appointment Friday (that eventually turned into a big cluster f**k) anyway while there they looked at her too and used some suction machine thing and got a TON of mucous out. But then I guess she got blocked up again.. so I just tried a couple drops of breast milk up her nose instead of the spray and got a huge wad out. So I suggest that if you're nursing. Also I'm using baby vicks on her at night so she can sleep (usually lasts about 8 hours for her).
