Because mine do.  It's just the damn pills.  But literally everytime after I take them, 5 minutes later I have to force myself not to puke.

Okay, so it's not a weird random thing then.  I need to switch them then because this sucks.   I'd rather not have to restrain myself from vomiting all over myself.

I still vomit with any non-food based vitamin. I'm on three iron supplements and the third isn't food based. I will throw it up, but I don't have an option for it to be food based. So I just take that one before I go to sleep.

I buy the gummy prenatals. Targets are the best, and cheapest. The gummies are the only vitamins i dont vomit from.

The only problem is those don't contain iron.

I took the Centrum Prenatals with DHA before I saw my ob and those made me horribly nauseous. I now am taking PNV DHA softgels, they don't give me any problems at all :)

The gummies I had did have iron in them. But towards to end of the bottle I was so sick of the taste. Ugh!

I had this issue too and my dr prescribed iron pills. I was anemic regardless though. I always end up a bit anemic while pregnant.
