Do the "mothers milk" teas really help?
I'm trying to increase my supply quick.

Frequent nursing is the most effective way to up your supply. You can try MMT, or even fenugreek.

I would just take fenugreek capsules instead. The tea tastes awful and fenugreek is in the tea. I just find the capsules easier to take.

If you are already nursing frequently and pumping after each feeding I would suggest lactation cookies. I have tried TONS of herbal supplements and none worked as well as the cookies. Also know that no amount of herbal remedies will help if you aren't stimulating the breasts enough and nothing is instant. It will take 24-72 hours to see results

It never helped me. Fenugreek helped a TON, but I can't take it because I'm hypoglycemic.

I love the taste of mothers milk tea. OP if you decide to try the tea you have to drink 3-4 cups a day to see results. Fenugreek helped with my production, I used it in conjunction with blessed thistle.

It never helped me. Neither did Fenugreek. I have to supplement with formula. Everyone is different, though, so it's worth a try.
