would you say a home that is 2156 Sq Ft. No basement or up stairs is a big house?

For one level? Yeah id say thats big.

my house is just over 1300sq feet and its got two floors and a basement and its rather average...so id deff sat a house over 2000sq feet is large home!

Ehh, my house growing up was 4400 sq ft. Raised ranch Plus attic I would say that 2600 is a decent living space for a family of 4-5. I don't think I would say large, but my views on "large" are distorted.

I'd say it's bigger than average. It's a decent size to keep clean. My other house is about that big, I was always satisfied with the size.
