Chili sounds good but it's too hot to be doing all that. lol

I think I'll go with lasagna or spaghetti.

Chicken Pot Pie, Chicken Alfredo, Jambalaya, Homemade chicken noodle soup (just add a salad). Or we will buy a big pack of meat at the butcher and grill it all at the same time. Just under grill (only a little) half the meat, so when reheating later its not dry, and add veggies, potatoes, or mac and cheese.

You can make anything have enough leftovers but things in our family that do are pastas, soups/stews, grilled meat(which I love grilled chicken so many things you can turn it into), biscuits and gravy

When I lived with my paretns
Lefts over potatoes (Mashed or Baked) Baked we would make hashbrowns out of and mashed my dad would make mash potato patties,

Chili, Lasagna , home made mac a cheese, Most types of meat, pizza hut pizza,

Just about anything they could make into something new or still have it taste the same.

Since moving out on my own I dont eat left overs

This too. I always grill or bake extra chicken so I can make chicken salad or cube it to go on top of salads. And my DH loves taking leftovers to work instead of a sandwich.

Same! I cube or shred it. You can make it into burritos, quesadillas, chicken salad, top a salad with it, put it in an omelette.

Yes! It's saves money and time. I try to plan ahead, it makes cooking dinner so much faster. I think anyway.

Meatloaf tastes really good the day after. :) I normally make two small loafs and we will eat one that day then I'll cook something else the next and we have the meatloaf leftovers the next day.
