Do they work?

I think they do. I can't be certain it's the only reason my sons gas is better, though. When we switched to Similac Sensitive, we also switched to using the Dr.Brown bottles. But, it's worth a shot to try the bottles. I'll warn you though. They come with the insert and parts and its a little inconvenient to clean, but it's worth trying out.
