Take tums. They are horrible but will help some.

Milk and tums. That's what I did while pregnant. Stay away from foods that give you heartburn. For me it was lemonade, and red sauces (ketchup, spaghetti sauce, etc.)

Eat Granny Smith Apples.................just learn to love them, and eat as many of them a day as you need. Trust me, it works.

Baking soda is a natural antacid..just dissolve a couple pinches in a glass of water. Works awesome!

I've never had heartburn issues before this. I feel like anything I eat causes it :? Does chocolate milk count? Not a fan of plain white milk, lol

Yeah, it should help. Unless chocolate gives you heartburn. Haha :)
